Last year, we introduced several new products designed to meet our customers’ needs without compromising on responsibility. We focus on de-icing and dust binding solutions that are chloride-free, biodegradable, and highly effective.
Last year, we launched our new LBW solution, specifically developed for de-icing pedestrian and cycling pathways. This salt-free, biodegradable, skin- and user-friendly product offers an efficient alternative to traditional salt-based solutions, enhancing safety for walkers and cyclists while reducing environmental impact. Additionally, this material- and surface-friendly product addresses growing concerns about the effects of road salt on pets’ paws.
We also intensified our efforts in developing biopolymer-based dust binding agents. Biopolymers provide a natural and sustainable way to control dust without harmful chemicals. These innovations exemplify how we combine scientific expertise with responsible practices.

In our production, we focus on the efficient use of raw materials and resources to minimize waste. All our processes are designed to maximize resource utilization. As a result, we reduce waste generation while improving both production efficiency and our environmental footprint.
Sustainable packaging materials and optimized logistics
Responsibility is also reflected in our packaging materials. All our products are packaged in recycled or energy-recoverable materials.
Kemion is committed to reducing emissions within our supply chains. We optimize the transportation of both raw materials and finished products to minimize our logistical footprint. Well-planned routes and an efficient transportation fleet are integral to our strategy for achieving lower emissions.
